Kevin provided Planning Services towards the successful development of a former residential property in the Village of Fenelon Falls (City of Kawartha Lakes), including Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment approvals and Site Plan Control, towards the Fenelon Falls Senior Citizens’ Project.
The new building and grounds are actively used by community and area residents for a variety of social, recreational and community activities.
The site-building were designed to provide barrier-free accessibility to all users!
