Kevin serves as the lead Planning Consultant on behalf of the Canadian Urban Institute (a CIDA and Jamaican National Housing Trust funded project) helping the St. Elizabeth Parish – Greater Treasure Beach area develop a sustainable community plan. Project work started in the spring of 2010 and recently involved a 10 (ten) day working trip to the area. Initial project activities have included:
- Community stakeholder, two (2) day workshop
- Area tours (aerial, marine and ground based)
- Preliminary mapping, data collection (socio-demographic)
- Council Presentation
- Project Team meetings
